Admission Regulations :
A student is admitted in KG 1 he/she completes four years.?

  1. A student is admitted in KG 1 he/she completes four years.
  2. A student is admitted in KG 2  he/she completes five years
  3. A student is admitted in Grade 1  he/she has completed six years
  4. Transfer should take place in the first month of the academic year if the school the student is coming from, follows the same curriculum.

Documents Required:
It is mandatory to submit the following documents for admission:

  1. For PG to KG -Birth Certificate,  Addhar Card , Passport size Photo ( Kids, Mother, Father)
  2. Duly attested Pass Certificate & Final result of the last Grade  for admissions in the beginning of the academic year.
  3. Admissions for all Grades including KG1, KG2 & Grade 1 will require a duly attested Discontinued / Running TC, Final result of the Previous Grade, Atther Card Xerox   and 1st Term / Periodic Test Result of the current Grade after 31st of May
  4. Parents’ (Mother & Father) passport photo
  5. Applicant’s recent photo (4cm x 6 cm) ( 2 photos)

NOTE : The Principal reserves the right to refuse admission to any student whose character and conduct or academic performance is not satisfactory

Student Leave policy
Students will be granted leave only if they fulfill the following criteria:

  1. Illness that is documented by a doctor’s report certified by official medical authorities.
  2. Death of a relative (of first and second degree relation) for a maximum period of three days.
  3. Absence for a period of a day or two consecutive days up to a maximum of five days during an academic year for reasons accepted by the school administration.

Student can be suspended from school in case of: Unexcused absence exceeding ten consecutive days or fifteen in consecutive days during the academic year. Prior to expulsion the student must receive three official warnings at a rate of one warning for each three days of absence.

Apple Public School  provides transport facility to its students. Students can avail school buses, subject to the availability of seats. The routes followed by the buses will be drawn up well in advance and the parents should consult the Transport Incharge for the necessary details.

Transport Rules 

1. No student will be allowed to travel by school bus without an Identity Card.

2. Students using the school bus are expected to be at the bus stop, at least five minutes before the arrival time of the bus.

3. The buses will not wait for any late comers.

4. Students should stay away from the main road and approach the bus only when it comes to a complete halt.

5. All students must occupy seats immediately after boarding their buses.

6. The drivers are authorized to stop buses at the designated stop only, unless otherwise directed by the bus teacher. The list of stops is prepared keeping in view the convenience and safety of all bus commuters and is subject to change. No diversion/extension will be entertained on existing routes.

7. When the bus is in motion, students must sit on their seat and refrain from leaning out, peeping out or standing on the footboard.

8. Objects of any kind must not be discarded inside or thrown out of the bus. No student shall act so as to divert the attention of the driver. Such students, if found guilty, are liable to be debarred from travelling by the school buses.

9. Students will be held responsible for any damage to buses caused by negligence or vandalism.

10. Unruly behavior like shrieking and shouting inside the bus is strictly prohibited.

11. Lists of students and stops will be available in the respective buses.

12. The bus teachers and student bus monitors are responsible for maintaining discipline in the buses. Any serious offence must be reported to the Principal.
